Need a Guitar Strap? Without Installing a Button?

A strap button is a nub that is attached to the bottom of your ukulele or guitar so that a strap can slide over it.

If you are like me and are worried about ruining your ukulele or guitar, you can use a a 3M Command strip/clip!

It’s quick and easy to put on, and when you don’t want to use it anymore, pull the tab to take the strip off. Here is what it looks like when it’s on your ukulele.

The strap slides over the hook and, though I’ve yet to do it for a guitar, it works great for ukuleles. I have one on my 5-string tenor and on my concert.
